GTP WATER GENERATOR
GTP is available in several different sizes, all based on the principle of reverse osmosis for the absolute best cleaning results. They are intended for bacteria infested fresh water and salt water with low salt levels, brackish water.
GTP is suitable for both large and small households for permanent, temporary use or for disaster relief all around the world.

Materials with long durability and high cleanliness
We have many years experience of process management within local authority and industrial installations. One lesson that we learnd is that we should use plastic as much as possible for all components, with the exception of the pump housing which is brass. Within the water cleaning segment we are alone in offering plastic throughout. It is essential that a drinking water installation should look as fresh after 10 years as on delivery and it does with plastic pipes.
This is how GTP water generator works
The untreated water is pumped via a submersible pump (1) that is dropped in the sea, lake, river or a cistern to a pressure tank (2) with a level regulator (3). A mechanical pre filter (4) removes large particles such as mud, vegetation and similar impurities.
A pump (5) pushes the water through the membrane in the osmotic pipe (6). The cleaned water is moved on to a collection tank/cistern which has a level sensor which determines when the system needs to be filled with more water. As long as the level keeps itself between the min- and max levels the pressure pump (5) does not start. Depending on the distance and height difference a smaller pressure tank (11) is positioned close to the fresh water line's main valve.
The water that is separated in the osmotic pipe is sent back as overflow water (12).
Flushing occurs for 5 minutes once every hour. When the unit starts or is shut off the electronics always start or stop with a flushing sequence. It is also possible to automatically start and stop via existing level sensors in the electronics.
Facts about osmosis and reverse osmosis
Osmosis is a physical and chemical phenomenon that occurs in a semi-permeable membrane with through the membrane until there is osmotic balance. If the membraneis permeable to fluids but not for the salts in the fluid (semi-permeable), the fluid can stream through the membrane until there is osmotic balance.
Reverse osmosis is based on using external pressure to assist water molecules to move through a semi-permeable membrane. The result is that the ions remain on one side of the membrane, while the water molecules pass through it. One exceeds the osmotic pressure. The method can be used for purifying sea water to drinking water on board ships and in arid regions. The result is pure water, osmotic water. The membrane is only permeable to water molecules. Water is transported in nature, for example in our bodies, by osmosis. The walls of our cells are natural osmosis membranes that separate impurities from clean water. With reverse osmosis the water is pressed using high pressure through a semi-permeable, synthetic membrane.
Water treatment with reverse osmosis
Water treatment means the separation of unhealthy or unwanted amounts of organic and inorganic matter. Traditional cleaning is characterized by certain substances being separated from the water. Reverse osmosis is super filtration, where very small molecules and particles can be separated. A great advantage of reverse osmosis is that no chemicals are used in the treatment process.
GTP works using the principle of reverse osmosis
It is suitable for cleaning impurities in well water, brackish or salt water in wells or directly from the sea. Reverse osmosis eliminates sodium, potassium, chloride, sulfate, bacteria etcetera in an effective way.
Supply of minerals
Because reverse osmosis also removes the beneficial salts and minerals, the reinstatement of these should occur if one is to use the water from the installation permanently. This is achieved by filtering through a bed of crushed dolomite stone.
